PLEASE NOTE THAT THE VICTORIAN GOVERNMENT HAS RELEASED NEW DIRECTIONS (No. 6), ALONG WITH A DOCUMENT ENTITLED ‘COVID-19 MANDATORY VACCINATION (WORKERS) DIRECTIONS’, WHICH CONTAINS THE LONG LIST OF OCCUPATIONS AND INDUSTRIES THAT THEY WANT TO INJECT.
With the Andrews clique continually moving the goalposts so as to keep up the pressure on the Victorian people, it is evident that the best bet we have is a class action, mounted as a legal challenge to the Andrews/Sutton/Pharmacorp madness.

Sutton the Pharma-stooge uses an interesting choice of words…. judges, court workers, and MPs have “legal protections”.
This raises the question as to why other workers in the State of Victoria are not afforded the same rights and privileges as those that form the judiciary, and MPs? Why are members of the courts able to engage in a “process of consultation” while everyday working class Victorians are threatened with losing their livelihoods overnight?
Where are our “legal protections”, and our right to “consult”?

This page is focused on one primary concern: the effect on those who work in the disability sector, and a possible useful response.
The letter, which can be viewed and downloaded below, is designed to be used as a response to employers of disability care workers. Also, this letter could easily be edited so as to be useful for other work sectors and industries.
The point of this letter is not to convince your employer of anything – that is irrelevant, in this context. Its intent is to give the employer a wtf moment, and send them scurrying off to their lawyers. Are some of the questions and demands designed to be hard, even impossible, to answer? Absolutely.
